Eligibility

• Must provide accurate account information during registration
• Must comply with applicable content guidelines and platform terms when publishing generated content
• Must not use the service from prohibited jurisdictions

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service responsibly and not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or harassment
• Generate spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the service’s operation or other users’ experience
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms of service

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You’re responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you create using our service
• You grant us license to use your data to improve our AI models and service
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with copyright and other applicable laws

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this service "as is" and disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but certain provisions will survive.
