Members and site access
Invite people to a paid Kitful site, review pending invitations, and remove access when needed.
Members share access to one site workspace. Invitations require an active paid plan and can be managed by the site owner.
Invite a member
- Open Settings > Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Send the invitation.
The invite appears under Pending until it is accepted, canceled, or expires.
Understand access
The Owner manages the site, settings, members, and invitations. An invited Member can access the shared site and its content.
Membership belongs to that site. Invite the same person separately when they also need access to another site.
Cancel a pending invitation
Open the Pending tab and click Cancel beside the invitation. An expired invitation is labeled Expired and no longer grants access.
Remove a member
Open the member actions and choose Remove from site. Confirm the removal. This removes access to the Kitful workspace but does not delete work already created or content published outside Kitful.
